Picture questions - where is this (if it's real), where is this burger sold, what font is in this graphic.

Identifont and Tineye didn't help much.

Ah! That was quick. I endorse 2bucksplus's answer about Milan.

1.) Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery, glass dome, Milan, Italy (incidentally found through picture-googling "glass dome mall blue").

Best answer: 3rd one is out of my area, but I will say that designer Jayson Weidel probably got it from FontSquirrel based on this blog entry. So I'd make an educated guess that it's "Franchise".

This is fun! do more do more.

the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan

But that blue lighting's relatively new, correct? Possibly Photoshopped.

(check the capital "G" in Franchise and compare it to "G" in Gothic on the poster)

FWIW, I ended up at the Lunchbox Laboratory during my Seattle trip and enjoyed an Homage to Dick's Deluxe. It was every bit as delicious as the picture. I went with beer rather than a milkshake, so now I've a reason to return.
