Twangy Country....

What style of music is this?

I know it's generally "country" but if I were to search for similar kinds of music on Pandora, what would I search for? The group who sings this song, Married By Elvis, does not appear to be in Pandora's db.

Thanks...

Search for Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwoord, Gretchen Wilson, Terri Clark.

Well, that would be Underwood.

This sounds pretty much like straightforward basic modern country to me, with bluegrass and rock influences being the strongest.

If you're looking for you might find things you like via the sites No Depression and one of my favorite music blogs, songs.illinois.

Sounds like pretty normal modern country music to me. TuneGlue might help you find similar artists, based on Last.fm data.

It's less straight country, more country rock, with elements of bluegrass, honky-tonk and miscellaneous other overlapping genres.
