Bachelor party ideas for a groom with weird days off?

Asking for my husband. He's the best man in a wedding. The groom-to-be works every day but Wednesday and Thursday, and can't take more time off. Best man and guests work standard weeks. Best man was hoping to put together a day-long extravaganza including rock climbing, Halo, grilling, and drinking (no strippers). What's the best option now (ie, most fun and least people fired the next day)?

Assuming you still live in Dallas, this looks promising.

As for the Halo, grilling and drinking... your living room and backyard might be a good spot.

my only advice is that unless everyone parties pretty regularly and is able to roll into work the next day with a hangover is to start the drinking early so everyone's sober by their regular bedtime. so, like, get up early to do the rock-climbing, then retire to someone's home to grill up lunch and spend the afternoon drinking and playing Halo.
