What is this 90s R & B torch song?

A few weeks ago I heard a song coming out of my neighbor's window that I remember well from my youth in the late 90s -- or not so well, as it turns out. The singer is Janet Jackson or someone very similar, and the lyrics are something like, 'we can be freak (s) (y)/we won't get much sleep (?)/ blah blah blah early morn. Pretty sexy. Help!
That is a crappy ass video link, but I can't use sound at the moment and wasn't able to preview. But it should be the song.
