Replacement for urbis.com?

Is there a functioning site comparable to urbis.com?

I used urbis a few years ago and wanted to jump back in, but it looks like the site has been abandoned. It featured a review system that required you to review another person's work before you could access reviews about your own. It was really an excellent site.

Best answer: I don't know anything about Urbis, but Scribophile sounds a little like what you're describing.
