Best answer: (Which makes some sense, since they've collaborated together before. I can't find anything more about that t-shirt through Google searches for "McNew t-shirt", etc., if I had to guess maybe it was a WFMU premium a few years ago? Doesn't look like David Cross has a twitter account, but McNew does (@dumpland), maybe ask him?)
