Seeking an online sign-up website for students to choose an activity

Seeking an online sign-up for students to choose a weekly activity. Details inside.

My school has 350 students in three grades who choose an activity each Friday afternoon. There are usually about 10 choices per grade. Some activities are for multiple grades, and some are for only one grade.

Currently, each advisor writes down the choice for each of his or her 14 students and turns in a paper to the secretary, who enters all the choices into an Excel spreadsheet and then prints out lists for each advisor, and for each activity leader. There MUST be a better way! Help!

Ideally, I'd like to find a website (like doodle, evite, etc.) where each advisor can log in, see a list of his or her students, and have a drop down menu for each student. Then lists could be printed sorting students by advisor or sorting students by activity choice.

Any ideas?

Some combination of Google Forms and Google Spreadsheets "should" do the trick.
