Visiting baseball team hotel in Denver.

Can anyone tell me where the visiting baseball teams stay in Denver? I'm coming there in May and want to stay in the same hotel as the Giants.

It varies team to team - and can even vary within the team.

Some teams have deals with Marriott, and stay there. Other teams have a deal with Hilton. Etc.

The team provides a free room to everyone on the roster. Some super-stars, like A-Rod, a known for wanting a luxury suite, not the team provided hotel room - and they get their own room in the same (or possibly different) hotel.

You could try searching local Denver sports and gossip columns for a Giants super-star, and see if the articles mentions any hotels.

A friend of mine who's a local sportswriter said that there's no real predictability re: where teams stay in the city. Sometimes teams have deals with certain chains, as Flood mentioned, but sometimes they stay wherever they can. Sometimes they stay in big hotels downtown (he mentioned the Hyatt Convention Center and or the Ritz as occasional stops), or at big suburban resorts like the Inverness. Since his main interactions with visiting teams is at the stadium or via phone or press conference, the local media isn't always notified where teams are staying.
