Truck + BBQ = Name?

Challenge: The BEST name for a food truck serving excellent BBQ?

So my much beloved, adopted sister has started a food truck company and has nailed a contract with a purveyor of really excellent Southern BBQ. Could not be more proud.

Now, all she needs is the catchiest name on the planet. So, hivemind, what would you call the best food truck on the planet serving some of the best BBQ on the planet?

The Meat Wagon

Bonus points if she paints it to look sort of like an ambulance. Tasteless name, tasty barbecue.

Whatever it is, it should be easy to remember. my favorite doner kebab place in London used to be called "Incredible Edibles". Which is a terrible, but easy to remember name. I could tell people - hey, there's this place across from King's Cross station, they do a good kebab (and at the time also fish & chips) and they're called Incredible Edibles. But they sold and revamped and the new owners have this very forgettable vaguely arabic name which I'm sure is much more classy but which I can never remember. And so I find it a lot harder to recommend to people.

most memorable hot dog stand at UofToronto is Mamma's. Mamma doesn't work it anymore, but we still go there out of loyalty/trust for quality. But we can never remember which Chinese Food truck is which, because their names are all vague like "Good eats" or "Mandarin Wok" or something.

So something simple, unusual - but also probably English, because foreign phrases are harder for anglophones to remember.

The BBQ places that have impressed me the most have always been family or geographically named joints. Louie Miller's, Luling City Market, Snow's.
I'm told that Franklin BBQ is pretty good, but I haven't tried it yet. The rule still holds, though.
A cute name is just that -- cute. But call it something like "Decatur fine Southern BBQ" or "[Sister's] BBQ" and now you own that brand.

But the name isn't essential. The best BBQ I ever had was at the least appealingly named restaurant (Sweatman's, in SC).

My vote, inspired by jozxyqk's comment: What The Truck BBQ
(I'm imagining a logo looking something like this)

The marketing could center around the silly phrase OMG What The Truck BBQ, which would still be funny and memorable even to those who aren't familiar with omgwtfbbq. The name "What The Truck BBQ" is unique enough for brand recognition, and the "BBQ" can be dropped to shorten the name in conversation:

"Dude I'm hungry"
"Let's go to What The Truck"
"Freakin amazing idea bro, their BBQ is so bomb"
"For real, let's cash this bowl and bounce"
