Technology Focused Blog Directories

I am looking for some high quality blog directories devoted to technology blogs. I already have plenty of general blog directories with technology sections, and I have googled extensively, but I am hoping there are some out there I am missing.

the sidebar on geekpress has a bunch of good blogs...i like singularity hub a bunch...futurepundit always has great coverage of current solar power technology...

I don't have a directory to recommend, but if you think you've searched a lot on your own already (and you'll get recommendations here), why not use Feedly or another app to read blogs that also generates suggestions based on your subscriptions and what other users with similar interests are subscribed to? You might get more underground stuff that way as well...
