Novel research filter: Trying to find detailed information about sex therapy.

In particular I'm interested in the treatment of gay males who have been sexually assaulted, but since I know this is kind of overly specific, I'm open to anything about general sex therapy techniques that can be altered or adapted to a given situation (I assume this kind of information will be of the most benefit).

I am not a stranger to traditional therapy and understand it goes hand in hand with sex therapy, so that isn't much of an issue.

Best answer: There is a therapy and psychiatry group in my Columbus, OH neighborhood (it's a very LGBT friendly 'hood) that has specialists in this area who, by all reports, are awesome. Based on their bios page, it looks like a good bet that someone may make the time for you to interview them in this capacity (as they do a lot of education abut the topic). It's a very popular counseling group in this area.

Best answer: You might also want to check out Steve Braverman's website.. He is a therapist who does a lot of work on sexual abuse of men and boys, in addition to being very LBGTQ friendly in his practice.
