Are you or someone you know from Jacksonville, FL with similar mental health issues? If so, please recommend a psychologist and a psychiatrist preferably near the 32210 zip code area who is able to recognize and treat Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Avoidant Personality Disorder, and Selective Mutism.

I don't know how they are for psychiatric issues, but there is a Mayo clinic branch in Jacksonville. If they're anything like the main campus, they should be savvy about just about anything, even if they have to refer you elsewhere.
