Yesterday's Tomorrow's World

(UK TV) Tomorrow's World. As the end credits rolled, a presenter ran across the studio shouting, "Stop! We haven't finished!" Did this really happen?

It might have been deliberate but at the time I cringed. 1990ish.

If it happened, it might, tangentially, explain the surprise ending to Look Around You's "Computers" episode (obvious spoiler: see around 24:02 of one transcript).
