How to celebrate our 10 year anniversary as homeowners?

10 years owning our little piece of the dream, we made it through some tough times and we think it's a good cause for a bit of celebration.
Crack a champagne bottle over it's chimney? How to mark the occasion?

We had a party, but we're square like that. When the mortgage is paid we'll have a party with a bonfire and burn some paperwork.

Show your neighbors you care about your neighborhood by putting in some kind of decorative garden. It's good for you too!
