I'm sure this isn't exactly the answer you are looking for, but if you can play by ear even in the slightest, this isn't a tough song. I play it G--C--G for the verses (with some classical flourishes) & G---D---C--- for the I & love & you bridge part...
Of course, you can tweak that to the key you are most comfortable in...
