Printer sucks, already bought DIY wedding invitations.

What's a good place in the Somerville/Cambridge area that will handle a small run of invitation prints on custom-sized cardstock and envelopes?

We need about 50 wedding invitations (each a set of invitation, RSVP, and envelope) printed. We bought a set of invitations and set up the Word template, but unfortunately, our printer is not up to snuff.

Looks like Office Depot does not handle printing on custom paper. Kinko's might, but I'm not a fan of customer service at that place or at the UPS Store. Are there any alternatives?

Hmm, maybe Bob Slate's? I'm pretty sure they do printing.

Response by poster: Bob Slate's is closing this month, but I'll call and see if they're still taking jobs. Thanks!

Perhaps Gnomon Copy in Medford or Harvard Square?

The paper store on Mass Ave. between Harvard and Porter Squares does invitation printing.

Seconding the above, and, if you'd somehow rather letterpress them yourself, you can use the letterpress at Bow & Arrow Press (at the intersection of Bow and Arrow in Harvard Square, natch) on weekday evenings.

(Well, it's Harvard Community only, but I think there's a chance they'd let you use it anyway. Also, it's apparently only on Thursdays.)

Seconding Gnomon Copy in Harvard Square. I have an unusual print job that I do every so often that Staples, FedEx, and others won't touch, but Gnomon does it happily. Great service and good prices.

You might also want to ask at Magpie (the indie gift shop in Davis) -- they know everyone, and surely might have connections to someone who could get this sorted for you if Gnomon et al can't.

Repeat Press in Somerville is worth trying. The about page says he doesn't have minimums and he does nice work.
