Alternate YouTube interfaces

What alternative, userfriendly interfaces to YouTube exist?

I'm sick of the standard YouTube website. I want to be able to browse through playlists and subscriptions without having to get used to every users' page layout, scrolling through endless lists and clicking "load more" for every 10 videos. Are there any alternative interfaces to YouTube, either web or locally installed, that lets me view YouTube the way I want to?

I like quietube. It might not have all the features you want, but it's a start.

The only one I know of off the top of my head is Christian Heilmann's Easy You Tube player, but that's designed to be an accessible player rather than a full featured replacement for the whole website.

If you're using Safari, there's an extension called A Cleaner Youtube which is very nice.
