iTunes Error

Recently, I have new (weird) problem with iTunes. (9.0.2.25 on XP) After starting the app, the music store show-up and vanish.. Link to Video. I didn't made any critical changes to my XP machine recently.. (Firewall, Hosts file..) What can cause this issue.. ?

Just from your description...what about upgrading to the newest iTunes?

I've got the newest Itunes running on XP and I started having the same trouble last week. Reinstalled, and it didn't solve the issue. Le sigh.

I am going to take a shot totally in the dark and suggest going into the options (I think File > Options or File > Preferences... I haven't used Windows iTunes in a while) and using Parental controls to turn the Store off. Then quit iTunes, reopen it, turn the store back on and see what happens. I doubt it will fix anything, but just an idea.
