Need help managing multiple Send As addresses in Outlook

Setting up multiple "Send As" addresses in Outlook (2011 for Mac)
I have two professional email addresses that are forwarded to my primary email account on GMail for Domains/GMail.
I want to set up Outlook so that I can choose what email address to send emails from (with a custom signature, etc.), much in the same way GMail allows you to do so.
Right now, I have a separate Outlook account setup for each address, but that gets annoying because I get 3 copies of every email that gets sent to me. I tried removing the Incoming Mail server settings, and it works, but an annoying "unknown error" window pops up every time Outlook checks for new mail (because of the missing IMAP settings obviously).
Any ideas?
