How/would you be able, to get four month old (human) pee stain out of a mattress?

Why don't the suggestions from this previous question (How should I clean a peed on mattress) work for you?

As someone whose dog has been very, very ill this week, I can tell you Nature's Miracle is aptly named.

Is the stain four months old or the stainer four months old? If it's the former, lots of Nature's Miracle and a steam vac, over and over again until it's gone. If the latter, the same as before but then I'd add a waterproof mattress cover to make sure it didn't happen again.

Response by poster: Germdisco, I did check, I just didn't know if the age of the stain would matter.

I will be trying the nature's miracle. Is that one of the enzyme ones I've been hearing that of that makes the mattress smell for a few days?

TROGDOLE: Yes. Also, it's perfume-free, which many other so-called "pet urine cleaners" aren't.
