What was this Greatest American Hero cake parody?

Name that parody tune: Around 2000 or 2001, I downloaded an MP3 of a man singing the "Greatest American Hero" theme very poorly, except he changed some of the lyrics so it was about cake, and between verses he told the story of his "super cake." What was this song and where can I find it again?

Believe me, I have searched using any term I can think of, to no avail. But whenever I hear the real Greatest American Hero, I sing along with the cake lyrics.

Specific lyrics I can remember:
"It's like the light of a new day, it came from out of the blue. Breaking me out of the cake I was in, making all of my cakes come true."
"Who could it be? [spoken] I'll give you three guesses... Believe it or not, it's just me."
"I like cake... super cake... cheesecake."
And at the end: "It's all very delicious - yum."

I have no clue where I obtained this recording, other than "the internet." A couple of my college friends and I seem to be the only people who've ever heard it. Surely some MeFite out there knows what I'm talking about..?

I'm just going to go out on a limb since nobody else is helping here... Mr. Dope America? I don't remember them doing a cover of that song but they might have rolled it into one of their other songs... I used to have a link to their entire album online but it looks like now you can only find pieces.

Response by poster: No, this guy was actually a bad singer, kind of warbling along with the original recording, it wasn't really a reinterpretation and certainly didn't have the production value of Mr. Dope America (they're amusing, though).

I am sad that I come back to this thread a week later and there is no answer. I want to hear this so bad.
