Good breakfast buffet in Jackson/Pearl Missippi

Looking for good breakfast buffet recommendation - Jackson/Pearl Missippi area. A men's group from various churches in Illinois will be heading down via bus to Louisiana during the first week of March. En route, they will be coming into the Jackson/Pearl Mississippi area (I55 then heading south on to Ms State Route 49) at around 6:00 AM. Looking for a good breakfast buffet around the Jackson/Pearl area for ~50 men. Buffet preferred but a restaurant would be OK as a second choice. Any recommendations from the hive?

I don't know about a good buffet, but there are Shoney's in both Jackson and Pearl.
