Help me find a Russian Cover version of a Momus Song

Whilst travelling in Russia recently, I heard what I think is a cover version of a Momus song called 'Hairstyle of The Devil' - I'd really like to track down this cover.

I think it was a cover - although I couldn't understand the lyrics - but the music was note for note a euro-trancey version of the original.

I heard it twice maybe three times, in taxis and shops - so am assuming it was quite famous, but my Russian wasn't good enough to find out the artiste. The people I was with weren't able to hear it mentioned on the radio. I have tried the alt.fan.momus googlegroup, and the Imomus website...but no joy.

Now I throw myself on the mercy and knowledge of the global metafilter community.

Response by poster: It might help if i give the English version of the lyrics, then if anyone recognises that they have been sing in Russian recently, it could point them to the song I'm talking about.

Have you tried posting to I Love Music? A few momus obsessives on there.

Momus himself posts to ILM (or used to, I haven't read it recently). Also you could try emailing him directly - I'm sure he'd be happy to help.
