I am starting a serious workout program and would love to read positive motivational quotes to keep me pumped for this new journey...any ideas where I could find online?
I really would love to find motivational quotes that I can place around the house etc for me to read and to keep me on track with my workout get healthy program... is there anything online that would get me this type of info?

Here's the one I have on my Fixx ID, which I wear every time I run or walk: "It is never too late to be what you might have been." (George Eliot)
The Road ID site has a few other decent sayings. Here's another site with some good ones.

Here
I love to go here when I need motivation to get my butt to the gym! Looking people that were fatter than you and are more in shape now than you are is a great way for me to get that extra bit of energy I need to change clothes after work and make that drive to the gym.

Do you have a kindle or a phone that can support it. Grab a great book of inspirational writing and read it while you do cardio. Getting reading done is one of my biggest motivations to exercise.

Not specifically a workout quote, but I've always liked this one:
When the samurai Kikushi put down his sword and was initiated into Zen, his master said to him, "You must concentrate and consecrate yourself wholly to each day, as though a fire were raging in your hair." -- Richard Strozzi Heckler, In Search of the Warrior Spirit

Print out a bunch of Nike ads or some such similar thing and post them around the house. Lots of them contain phrases beyond "just do it" and there's so many sports represented, you are likely to find something that appeals to you.
(Of course, you can substitute Adidas, Reebok, Puma, etc. I just like Nike ads a lot)

When I'm running and I want to quit before what I know is my real limit/planned run, I like to just say, "I deserve better." Sparkpeople might be a good community to ask this question.

I don't have a favorite source of quotes, but here are a couple that resonated for me for the same purpose (to motivate me to push through tough workouts):
“We must embrace pain and burn it as fuel for our journey.” - Kenji Miyazawa
“Only as a warrior can one withstand the path of knowledge. A warrior cannot complain or regret anything. His life is an endless challenge, and challenges cannot possibly be good or bad. Challenges are simply challenges.” - unknown
"We shall never have more time. We have, and have always had, all the time there is. No object is served in waiting until next week or even until tomorrow. Keep going day in and out. Concentrate on something useful. Having decided to achieve a task, achieve it at all costs." - Arnold Bennett
"I never saw a wild thing sorry for itself. A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough without ever having felt sorry for itself." - D.H. Lawrence
"The average person sees all the events of his life, as either a blessing or a curse. The warrior views everything as a challenge, from which there are lessons to be gained." - Author unknown

What is a workout?
"A workout is 25% perspiration and 75% determination. One part physical exertion and three parts self-discipline.
A workout is a personal triumph over laziness and procrastination. The mark of an organized, goal-oriented person who has taken charge of his or her destiny.
A workout makes you better today than you were yesterday. It strengthens the body, relaxes the mind and toughens the spirit. Work out regularly and your problems diminsh and your confidence grows.
A workout is a wise use of time and an investment in excellence. It is a way of preparing for life's challenges and proving to yourself that you have what it takes to do what is necessary.
A workout is a key that helps unlock the door to opportunity and susccess. Hidden within each of us is an extraordinary force. Physical and mental fitness are the triggers that can release it.
A workout is a form of rebirth. When you finish a good workout, you don't simply feel better. You feel better about yourself."
