Helpful Books on "Help"?

Great books for a newbie software help system writer/maintainer?

I'm using RoboHelp 9, and have no formal technical writing training.

I'm not too concerned about the mechanics of RoboHelp itself (which has extensive built-in help, as you might imagine), but am looking for some guidance or canonical texts on writing and organizing help articles and technical documentation.
