ShaolinFilter: About to start looking for apartments in Staten Island; still traumatized from having had to do this in NYC a while back. Any advice/experiences? Are the brokers in SI as bad as the brokers in NYC? Do they want to kill me? Etc.
Rusty: The Shaolin-aligned forces of the Wu-Tang Clan were based in Staten Island.
