Looking for crazy badminton videos, I stumbled on a very enjoyable pop song. Can you identify it?

Pop music at its catchyest, wouldn't you say?

Is it in Chinese? (I'm guessing the youtube poster is a Lin Dan fan...)

What is the song's title, who sings it and what does it say?

(and the badminton rallies are pretty good too.)

Best answer: It is indeed Chinese, 男人就是累 ('It's A Weary Business Being a Bloke') by 陈玉建 (Chen Yujian) - here's a rockier version with karaoke subs, and this one seems like the disco version at your link. He's basically having a good old moan about how hard it is to be a man and how no-one understands you, the big soft sod.
