Looking for a recipe from "Recipes For a Small Planet" by Ellen Buchman Ewald. I'm away from my home library, and this book is not online and I can't find it at the local public library. I'm looking for the recipe for potato salad on (I think) page 103. I want to take it to a potluck tomorrow. Would appreciate it if someone could post the recipe here. Thanks!

Is this it? Page numbers (and some pages) appear to be missing; maybe you'll get lucky?

Best answer: Well, I used WorldCat to find a public library that had the book on their shelf. Found the Swan Valley Branch library in Condon Montana, and called them up. The librarian there was gracious enough to retrieve it from the shelf and read me the recipe over the phone. I love libraries!
