Low cost in North Miami Beach

We are going for a short holiday to North Miami Beach and looking for a hotel on the beach or inland that has to be at least three star, clean but low cost, under $100 per night. Has anyone been to such a place recently?

Ok I'm not sure it fits your criteria exactly but since no one else has responded yet I'll chime in and suggest the Riptide. We stayed there in October and loved it. It's in Hollywood beach right on the oceanfront in a lovely area. The rooms are clean and the best part is that they have their own kitchens so you don't have to go out to eat for every single meal (although there are tons of restaurants nearby). I have no idea about stars, though.

First, do a search for such a hotel on hotels.com, hotwire, etc.
Then underbid by 15% on Priceline.
