Broadcatching in the UK

Tonight on BBC2 is "The Apprentice" which i've been following for several weeks (the one with Alan Sugar not Donald Trump). Unfortunately I'm at a dinner party and will therefore have to miss it. Given that I don't own a video recorder/player it looks like I'm going to have to get hold of the divx torrent of it. Unfortunately most of the example sites for "broadcatching" seem to have only American TV. My question is: Any recommendations on sites/feeds or advice in general for trying to get this working?
If someone can tell me how to get it OUT of my Sky+ box, I'll gladly encode it and send it to you...

Response by poster: Just tried and you're right. Additionally all bugmenot username/password combinations don't work :(

Sorry to rain on the parade here, but getting copies of TV programs via BitTorrent is against the law in the UK. You might not think it should be, but that's the way it is.

Only the uploading part. Throttle your bandwith to 0 and you're fine. It's not theft, remember, and you're not handling stolen goods.

I've just realised that the show is repeated on Saturday at 11pm on BBC2.
humuhumu - ralawrence probably didn't know that. I think you may have just helped him avoid breaking the law. Well done!

Best answer: Iso Hunt search results for Apprentice UK. If it's not there yet, it'll be there soon.

AFAIK you can't get anything out of a SKY+ box without capturing it & re-digitising. Encryption, see.

Yotoshi is also a handy resource (you need to get past a capcha gateway--otherwise I'd link directly to the search results).

seanyboy, that really wasn't cool spoiling it like that... now all the suspense is out for me, although I'll probably still watch it.

FYI Seanyboy didn't spoil it- he posted that before the episode aired. I think he was expressing a preference. Watch with your suspense intact.
