What is this song from the early 90's?

What is the name of the band and song in this video from the late 80's-early 90's? I came across this old post on Yahoo! Answers and now it is driving me nuts. One of the guys in the band had on a Charlie Brown shirt and the video took place in a skate park. "California" may have been part of the band name. Ring any bells?
