I have been thinking about treating the ADHD I thought I was diagnosed with 5 years ago with medication. Two Parts: What do the scores on this ADHD assessment mean? And, does anyone know a thorough neuro-psychologist or psychologist in SF that you would recommend to help me on this journey?

WCST is the Wisconson Card Sort Test. It measures executive function which is the part of your brain that decides what you should do and what order to do it in.
IVA-CPT -integrated visual audible co timings performance test. Tries to determine how your executive function is impaired, are you inattentive, impulsive or hyperactive. This will drive your the doctors treatment strategy.
Can't help you on the doctor issue, but you may also want too engage an executive coach. I've found that the pyschiatrist is best at helping with the medication levels, while a coach is more hands on towards helping build the routines and habbits that make life much more bearable.
