Are these coats the same?

Are these two coats actually the same one? How can I tell?

I want to buy this Great Plains coat, but after looking around on the Internet, I found this coat. I think they're the same, but I'm not quite sure how to tell. They seem to be the same model. The fabric seems the same when you zoom in, and the difference in color could be down to photos, but side pockets (an important feature!) are only mentioned in the description of the first one. Does anyone have ideas about how I can find out if they are in fact the same without seeing them in person?

On a side note, can anyone tell me if Great Plains clothes are of good quality? I tried this coat on in a shop very briefly, and the fabric seemed sturdy, but it'd be good to hear from those who have worn them.

The collars are rather different and the last button on the Charleston one is much lower, which will give it a different fit depending on your waist size.

Actually, it looks like the collars are the same--in the second, it's unbuttoned, which makes it look like the collar is wider. However, the second also has an additional button.

Not the same, one has five buttons and one has six.

I don't think the collar wouldn't close up so much even if it were buttoned.

Well, it says it has a princess collar, and from the picture in the top image here on the greatplains site, that looks to be the case.

The photos are not of the same coat- the "Charelston Weave" on the Great Plains site has an extra button and a slightly different collar, as griphus points out. However, the description for that one says"Peter Pan collar", which makes it sound as though it has the collar with the curved tips as in the "Great Plains" pic on coggles. I'm guessing the website is using an older picture of a demo coat, or one made by a different factory; or it is the one pictured, and is being closed out because they are selling the slightly newer model in other stores. I would write or call Great Plains and ask them. Pockets are an important consideration.

Not the same. The Great Plains coat has two buttons beneath the horizontal seam and the Charleston weave has three.
