Who covered this Lead Belly song?

Can someone id this cover of Lead Belly's Whoa Buck? It starts at around 3:40 in this video.

It sounds very much like Mason Jennings. I can't find a video or mp3 of him singing it, but it's mentioned that he does in this forum post.

Two thoughts. It seems to also be called Ox Drivin Blues, and the only cover I can google is by Jeremy dePrisco, but I don't think it sounds like him.

Second, the very end of the track it sounds to me like the vocalist does a call and response with the album scratching, so my best guess would be the DJ.

Response by poster: It's definitely not the DJ singing. And I think this set was all played off of 45s, so I don't think it's recent.
