Who is this talking Spongebob-like character on TV in Spain?
Some friends are in Spain and they've seen this talking Spongebob-like character on TV in the early morning hours. They think he's speaking in German. It's not a cartoon evidently; it's just the white background with the little guy in the corner. They also saw him on TV in Budapest. Anybody know who he is and why he's on at that time of day?
