Non-romantic "us" book?

I really want to fill out a book like this ... but for my sibling. Does something like what I want exist? Does anyone have any experience with books of these kind or know of one that would work in a non-romantic context?

Well what about this? You could fill in parts and leave others blank for your sibling to fill out, depending on the questions.

You could make one yourself using a nice notebook or even 'scrapbook' style.

The Book of Questions has become something of a classic in certain circles. I always thought of it as kind of like the UnGame in book form.

Best answer: I just picked up some books for my Mom and Dad along this theme. I see that the same company makes one for brothers: Between Me and You, Brother.
