looking for footage of Indian rituals and religion practices and holy places. best i could find was @ getty but the charge 300$ a piece. any other sources for quality moving image? archive.org failed me (on this one)

What rights are you seeking? FotoSearch shows some stuff. Try istockphoto, too.

Have you tried Google's video search, with the option for high quality selected? I just did that (with your getty search terms) and it showed quite a few results. It would also be a good idea to know the names of rituals you want the footage of.

When you say Indian, do you mean Native American, or Asian-Indian?

Response by poster: i mean Asian Indian, i did use Getty at the end as the material there is of good quality
hopefully worth the investment.
