Looking for proposal management solution

Co-workers in charge of preparing RFP and RFQ (Request for Proposal and Quote, respectively) documents for prospective customers are looking for an application to manage their documents and other resources, including creating a comprehensive library of boilerplate / commonly-referenced sections. Ideally would play well with Office 2007 and / or InDesign.

Documentum - probably overkill

Best answer: Check out alfresco - open source, made a bunch of ex-documentum engineers.

Best answer: I worked with one procurement group that used Hot Docs. I only saw this in action from afar, so can't vouch for efficacy.
