Tools for stacking things on my computer desk

I'd like to make room on my desk by stacking some computer hardware...

Are there any somewhat stylish (ie, simple, minimalistic, etc) ways of stacking a wireless router, hard drive, and a cable modem?

Thanks!

A desktop shelving unit? Typing this phrase into Google suggests that there's plenty out there.

I love Muji's drawers and they come in various sizes. Stick your stuff in there. However, electronics can get warm, so you can cut some ventilation holes in the back and feed the wires through there as well.

What about an "inbox" like this or this? They're usually cheap, come in many varieties/sizes, and you can find them easily.

You'll want something allows for air flow around the items, as they'll all generate heat and they might have fans to cool off the internals. Solid walls should be OK, as long as there is sufficient space between the walls and the equipment, and openings in the front and back for circulation. More like the inboxes shown by knile, less of plastic drawers as shown by Brian Puccio. If you get a four-tier inbox, you can stack things on top of your three components (as long as your external hard drive fits on one of the lower levels), or you can put things under the rest (if the external HD sits on top).

And you can browse a variety of inboxes at any office supply store. Instant gratification!

Check out lifehacker. They have all sorts of tips and tricks for organizing your computer gear. Some of them may be what you're already looking for but other tips will be things you never would have thought of. For instance, an under the desk pegboard for cable and gadget storage.

Some of those kinds of devices don't like being next to other devices because of electromagnetic interference. If things start to get weird with your new setup, move things around.
