who is this band/song?

I feel silly that I can't figure out who this band is, because I've heard them a few places: female and male singer, she sounds sort of like Jolie Holland or Hurray for the Riff Raff. Lyric: chorus like " home, we're going home, home is where I want to be"?

Sort of a melodramatic, folky, vaudevillian, western movie soundtrack grandiosity in parts of that particular tune.

I linked to a demo version cause it came up first when I googled. The radio version is here. It first caught my attention because it was featured in the video linked to in this post.

I'm not crazy about the original, but I've really been enjoying the Party Supplies remix, which strips away almost everything but that great melody.
