Trying to locate a Sound Effects recording

I'm searching for an old BBC-style Sound Effects recording. Can you help me find it?

Years ago (I'm guessing about 1990 ish) I borrowed a sound effects cassette from a library here in Toronto. It only had 4 or 5 tracks on it. Most of them were natural environment sounds, like wind, rain, waves lapping on a beach, each about 10-15 minutes long. One of the tracks though, according to the sleevenotes, was electronically created, and I am convinced was called 'Icarus with an Oil Can'. It sounded swooshy and windy and ambient. I have a feeling it would have been one of the BBC Sound Effects library cassettes (it was intended as sound effects rather than being new agey listening/relaxation), but I can't find any record of it on the internet.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Could it be the Icarus 1 Distress Beacon or possibly an excerpt from Icarus at the edge of time?

You know, I've got one of those old BBC sound effects records that I picked up in a second-hand shop for 50p recently... I never got around to listening to it but I'm certain one of the tracks was some electronically-generated windy ambience according to the sleeve notes (white noise + resonant lowpass filter I guess).

I'm at work now but I'll try and remember to take a look when I get home and get back to you.

Fairly sure it's not BBC, I just had a look through my collection.

Look for the Electra sound effects collection. It may not have that exact sound, but it has a lot of the classic sounds you will instantly recognize.
