Site to trade one-on-one tutoring?

Where can I go to trade one-on-one in-person tutoring? For instance, I live in Brooklyn and could teach c++ and computer vision, but I want to learn CakePHP and Autotools. Where can I make this trade?

I've tried out this new site, thesuperfluid.com, but it's pretty new and I haven't gotten any response yet. I think it needs to be more specific than Craigslist, but not necessarily solely technical.

It's not tutorin-specific but is there a time bank near you? (If not you can start one!)
