Identify A Mystery Building Shaped Like Helmet?

Where is this building? Does it have a name? Who designed it?

I was given a link here: 9eyes.tumbler.com [NSFW]. It's a blog solely consisting of "interesting" images found in Google's Street View thing, where "interesting" seems to mostly mean "crimes being committed", "prostitutes walking around", and so on. It's very NSFW, so consider yourself warned.

If you scroll down a bit there's the picture I linked to. Sadly there's nothing I can spot on the page to give any clues about its location (or the location of any of the other images, which is probably for the best given their content).

It's a pretty distinctive-looking building so hopefully someone will recognize it just by looking.

Best answer: The Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia (Queen Sofia Palace of the Arts), an opera house in Valencia, Spain, designed by Santiago Calatrava.

Google-fu = building "that looks like a helmet"
