We Want Cookies!

Can anyone tell me the ingredients in Trader Joe's Triple Ginger Snap Cookies? I don't need a recipe or anything I'm not trying to make them. I just need to know what is in them and google is failing me.

My best friend and I live in Austin but grew up in California, my parents are coming here for Thanksgiving and we are compiling a list of Trader Joe's items for them to bring with them (they may have to check an extra bag).

My roommate's favorite cookies are the triple ginger snap cookies but she has recently cut a lot of things out of her diet so we want to make sure these are still ok before asking my parents to bring them.

Eggs are ok, dairy (or any other animal product) is not. Yes, I could just ask my parents but then they would get here and be like "Oh, butter is dairy?"

Best answer: Aw, your roommate may be SOL. Those are really good cookies, though.

Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, brown sugar, butter, crystallized ginger (ginger, sugar), molasses, eggs, fresh ginger, baking soda, ground ginger, Kosher salt."

PS. Peets and possibly Starbucks too have vegan ginger cookies.

Here's a list of their vegan stuff. At least for Northern California.

I swear I had some ginger cookies or snickerdoodles from them within the past few months that were vegan, and tasted great, but I don't see them on this list.

Those cookies are delish! In this as in other TJ's products, check the box to view the ingredients. They are given in order of quantity, from largest to smallest. (I've made a lot of aebleskiver at home, and when TJ's started offering them recently, I checked their ingredients. TJ's contained lemon, which I tried adding to mine. The aebleskiver was good, but not quite as good as those we make using eggnog at the holidays! :-) )
