Best of Youtube site?

What was the "YoutubeFilter" site mentioned on Daring Fireball in the past few months? I remember John Gruber mentioning a newish site that showed cool new videos, like a Best of Youtube site. Anybody remember what it is?

Oh, was this the one that was really nicely designed, with a big bold header? Like "RAVE" or "REACT" or something like that...it's on the tip of my tongue.
