Why don't I see any text when visiting Flash's Global Security Settings panel?

When I go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html I don't see any text. I see the graphics, etc. but no text. Am I missing or have I have deactivated a default font used by Flash? Guessing it used some Helvetica as the default sans serif, I went into Linotype FontExplorer X and tried turning the various Helveticas on and off to no avail. I haven't messed around w/ the fonts in the Systems fonts set in FontExplorer. I'm running OS X 10.6. I've tried downloading and re-installing Flash. I tried the various browsers I have.

Does anyone know the exact name + type of the font that Flash would use in this instance? Or any other ideas what to do?

I think that's Flash's embedded font, "_sans." You can't turn it off through your operating system because it's embedded in the player itself.

I have no idea why this would happen. Curious to see if anyone else does.

Response by poster: I finally figured this out thanks to this: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2707882

I solved the issue by copying all the fonts out of ~/Library/Fonts to a folder on the desktop, restarting Safari, quitting Safari, and re-copying the fonts back into ~/Library/Fonts.
