I'm looking for good examples of blogs that exclusively post interviews -- a different interview subject each week or each day, with a specific focus (CEOs, musicians, artists, chefs, scientists, etc.!). Not really looking for video interviews, but those are OK.

innerviews is the first thing that came to mind, though it's not really a blog. Interviews with musicians, mostly of prog/fushion related genres.

Do exclusively interview-based audio podcasts count? Because then Fresh Air and The Sound of Young America would fit the bill.

Best answer: Design Chat is a weekly video/audio/text-based interview/chat that is focused on design/creativity.

(Without so many slashes.)

Best answer: Interview with a cruiser is a blog that consists solely of interviews with cruising sailors (i.e., long-term, live-aboard travel by sail boat), aimed at people who are themselves thinking about dropping out to go cruising.

Check out fivebooks.com. The site presents interviews with experts on their favorite five books on a particular topic. The interviewers tend to be pretty good, so the dialogue is pretty interesting.
