Looking to tune-up the old marriage jalopy

Looking for a good marriage/couples therpaist in the Toronto area. This a more of a "tune-up" situation, not a "save my marriage!" situation.

I think my wife and I are having some communication issues. This, I believe, is more due to the fact that we have communication styles that do not mesh properly, as opposed to us trying to deliberately being hostile or deceptive to one another. I believe that it would be a good idea to have a third-party to mediate between us so that our discussions/arguments do not dissolve into a mess of yelling and interrupting one another.

A downtown location would be preferable -- subway access would be ideal...we don't have a car so we can't get to Yonge & Steeles, even if the world's best couples therapist is located there.

Thanks!

My last marriage counsellor strongly recommended "marriage encounter" or retrouvaille weekend getaways as the equivalent to ten years of couples counselling. They are NOT marriage counselling, instead they are focused exclusively on communication skills. Although originally from a religious background they are supposed to be mostly secular.
