Where can I find the Choking Victim poster?

Where can I get this particular Choking Victim poster?

I'm in a never-ending quest to find this choking victim poster. The only one I see available is the modern poster with the blue faceless people. Anyone got a really good quality copy? I'm trying to make a poster out of it. Thanks in advance.

I dont know about that poster, but strangely some else was looking for a specific Choking Victim poster here, about 5 years ago, maybe that thread will help.

Response by poster: Yeah I saw that thread before I posted. Unfortunately it only had the modern poster. However, it provided a brief history on the change. Personally, I love the older one and represents my childhood.

It's not impossible that the NYC Health Dept. kept a few file copies of the old version for their records. (This IS the NYC version, yes?) If you call and ask nice, they might send you one.
