Where can one find a fake muscle suit like the one Michael Cera wore in Arrested Development?

Michael Cera
I'm specifically looking for something more than a generic muscle man costume. (There are a lot of them online)

The episode I am referencing is "In God We Trust" of the first season of Arrested Development.

I doubt you'll be able to find something similar on sale. Etsy Alchemy or a custom order costume shop are probably your best bet. Expect to pay $500-1000.
